Client care
Care, without
ceremony.
Jewelry is made to be worn. A little attention keeps settings secure and surfaces beautiful while allowing a natural patina to develop.
Everyday care
- Put jewelry on after fragrance, sunscreen and cosmetics.
- Remove rings for heavy lifting, gardening, swimming and household chemicals.
- Store pieces separately in a soft pouch so harder stones cannot scratch metal or other stones.
- Check clasps and stone settings regularly. If anything moves or catches, stop wearing the piece and contact the studio.
Cleaning
For solid gold and many durable stones, use lukewarm water, a drop of mild dish soap and a very soft brush. Rinse carefully and pat dry with a lint-free cloth. Silver can be refreshed with a dedicated polishing cloth.
Pearls, opals, emeralds and treated stones can require different care. If you are unsure, ask us before cleaning. Avoid ultrasonic or steam cleaners unless a qualified jeweler has confirmed they are suitable for the exact piece.
