In-stock pieces are usually prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order timing is shown on each product page and begins once your order is confirmed.

All parcels are tracked, insured and require a signature. Complimentary delivery is available within Aotearoa New Zealand for the MVP store. International destinations, duties and taxes require confirmation before production deployment.

You will receive an order email when payment completes and a separate dispatch email when tracking is available. Local development captures these emails in Mailpit rather than sending externally.
